Payments and Invoicing
Upfront Deposit: To initiate any project, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required upfront. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full prior to the final delivery of the completed assets.

Scope Changes and Revisions: Any additional requests, modifications, or revisions outside the initial project scope will incur extra charges. Every change will be fully calculated, and the client will be explicitly notified of any additional costs for approval before any payments are processed or further work is executed.

Retainer Contracts: We offer long-term retainer agreements for continuous work (e.g., a 6-month consecutive contract) based on a mutually agreed-upon flat fee.

Marketing & Management Scope: Throughout the duration of a retainer contract, our team takes full responsibility for managing and executing the visual marketing and content strategy for the agreed product, brand, or digital platform.

Cancellation and Termination
Non-Refundability of Delivered Work: Once work has commenced or any deliverables (including drafts, concepts, or final assets) have been submitted to the client, all payments made—including the initial 50% deposit—are strictly non-refundable.

Confidentiality
We understand that during a project, you may share private business information, creative ideas, or strategic materials with us. We treat all such information as strictly confidential and will never disclose it to third parties without your consent.

Likewise, we expect you to respect our proprietary creative processes, internal methods, and any concept drafts or unapproved designs shared during the production phase; these remains the intellectual property of our team until final project clearance.
